Seminar on Strengthening the Identity and Sustainable Development of Pattaya City

LOF LAND is delighted and honored to have participated in the seminar on "The True Identity of Pattaya City," organized by the Graduate School of Tourism Management, NIDA, in collaboration with the Chonburi Tourism Federation on August 23, 2024, at the Ravindra Beach Resort and Spa.

This seminar provided an opportunity for us to exchange opinions and perspectives with entrepreneurs and network partners on the following key issues:


   - The true identity of Pattaya City: Exploring and identifying the unique values of Pattaya to promote sustainable tourism.

   - Perspectives of Thai and international tourists: Understanding the expectations and experiences of tourists to improve services that meet their needs.

   - Development suggestions: Collecting ideas and suggestions to elevate the tourism industry in the area.

   - Media for disseminating Pattaya's identity: Considering and planning the use of various media to promote and create a positive image of Pattaya.


   LOF LAND believes that the knowledge and experience gained from this seminar will be highly beneficial in further developing and enhancing our services. It also strengthens our collaboration with various network partners in the tourism industry.
